In 2020, Comet NEOWISE slices through the night sky like a ghostly knife over the Never Summer Mountains in Rocky Mountain Natinal Park. The coma glows a brilliant emerald green from diatomic carbon molecules venting out from the comet's surface. What a privilege to witness this ephemeral spectacle in my lifetime!!!
