A new day dawns with jubilant alpine sunflowers eagerly looking on. The brilliant light forever frozen in this image lasts for only about 15 seconds as the sun just begins to peer over the horizon. I had taken a good photograph here the previous morning, but thought I could improve on the composition. So I extended my stay another 24 hours in order to buy another 15 seconds of heavenly light.
